Online Dues Payment Form

Note: You must have received an Invoice statement with an Invoice Number
( e.g. 2011M063 or 201XM063) prior to paying your
dues. The Dues payment process
will be completed in two steps.
Step one: Enter your Invoice Number
and the amount you wish to pay (If you do not have your invoice
number, send an email to Jack Sanders,
execdir@ucgis.org )
Step two: Payment of your dues with a credit card (VISA, MC, AmEx,
Discover) through the secure credit card processing network, VERISIGN/PayPal.
You will need to have the Billing Name and Address
that matches the credit card you are using. If you receive the error message "
Communication Error or Transaction Voided", please contact Jack Sanders
at (703) 799-6698. Provide your telephone, email address and Invoice No.
